JUNE 2009
On the 21st June the club held its annual Summer BBQ. There were many competitions, a plant stall and lots of lovely food.

MARCH 2009
On the 1st March the club's annual general meeting was held following a Sunday lunch as the Cat and Fiddle Inn. A raffle was held and then a committee meeting with our new committee members!

DECEMBER 2008 
A very well attended Christmas gathering was held with good food, a quiz, a raffle and  

JUNE 2008
A lovely barbeque was held on 29th June. The weather held off and allowed us to have a nice afternoon of burgers, name the cat competiton, raffles, cakes, plants and cat talk.

APRIL 2008
A committee meeting was held to plan the forthcoming barbeque.

MARCH 2008
On 19th March the club had Sunday lunch at The Cat and Fiddle Inn in Clyst St Mary followed by the clubs AGM.

DECEMBER 2007
A Xmas event was held with mulled wine, minced pies, fun and games. Many club members and their friends attended.

OCTOBER 2007
A committee meeting was held and a Christmas event planned for November.

JUNE 2007
A very successful barbeque was held on the 24th June. The rain held off and people were able to enjoy the food, raffle, quiz, competition and stalls. For more information see the secretaries report (link right).

APRIL 2007
A committee meeting was held and an event planned for June consisting of a barbecue, book stall, cake stall and a number of competitions.

MARCH 2007
Our first ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING took take place on Sunday 11th March. This was at The Cat and Fiddle Inn in Clyst St Mary in Devon. The meeting was preceded by an filling lunch.Many items were discussed including a change of chairperson. Other committee members retained their positions after the appropriate voting had taken place.

JANUARY 2007
On 14th January the club had Sunday lunch at The Cat and Fiddle Inn in Clyst St Mary. It was a great opportunity to give people the chance to meet up, exchange news and talk about things feline.

JUNE 2006
A barbeque was held in Ottery St. Mary on a lovely sunny day in the garden of one of our committee members.There was a raffle, cake stall, plant stall and plenty of food.Some people even felt it was warm enough for a swim! It was a very successful event and hopefully the first of many.

APRIL 2006
The committee met at the Kernow cat show to discuss and plan the coming barbeque.

NOVEMBER 2005
Our inaugural meeting was held in Exeter despite ice and snow. We have applied for pre-affiliation to the GCCF and it is hoped in due course we will be able to stage our own breed show. We are intending to plan a range of interesting activities to enable members to get together regularly.This club will be of particular interest to all those who live within the south-west peninsula (although it will be open to all lovers of British Shorthair cats regardless of address).
